VisioSign Support provides all our customers with technical support. Support is staffed by professional IT specialists with several years of experience in installations and trobleshooting of software issues. Support is open Monday to Friday 9:00-16:00.
Support provides service to more than 500 customers, including many of Denmark's largest private and public-sector organisations. It has a capacity to handle nearly 10,000 customer contacts and assist in initial start-up phases of more than 100 new customer solutions, annually. In some instances, VisioSign system is installed and maintained without any involvement of the customer's IT department. Our technical support is adapted to customers' technical skills and in most cases, regular users of the system would be able to report an error and solve the issue themselves via telephone support.
